Height: 115 m Stories: 32 Area: 38,000 m2 The property is located on an area of 50 hectares. The goal of the project was to construct a residential building that meets the requirements of two environmental certificates: LEED and BERDE. The project is designed to reduce the global carbon footprint, which is precisely why wood – as the only natural, widely available and renewable material – was chosen. This organic tower combines the principles of bioclimatism and advanced renewable energy sources.
